Dear Residents:

The Windsor at Miramar Leasing Office will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 31, 2012 and closed on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 in observance of the New Year’s holiday.

Although we will not be in the office during that time, assisting you is our top priority. We encourage you to stop by the leasing office before 3:00 p.m. on Monday if you need to retrieve any packages before the office re-opens on Wednesday, January 2nd. Please note that we will not be available to provide apartment access to housekeepers, dog walkers, or other vendors after 3:00 p.m. on Monday and all day on Tuesday. We ask that you reschedule any appointments if possible or arrange to give your service provider a copy of your apartment key and a remote.

You are welcome to submit routine maintenance requests through the Resident Portal. Maintenance requests submitted after 12:00 p.m. on Monday will be addressed on Wednesday. For maintenance emergencies, please call 1-877-858-7339 and follow the instructions for paging our emergency maintenance technician. One of our associates will personally respond to your call.
